Growing Forward invites children ages 5–12 to gently transition from summer into the new school year through mindful movement, expressive arts, and grounding practices. Each day offers a peaceful rhythm of creativity, reflection, and connection, helping young campers build inner steadiness, emotional resilience, and a sense of ease as they prepare for new beginnings. In a nurturing and supportive space, every child can root deeply and grow confidently.
